Can I get free delivery?

We offer free standard delivery service on all orders over €80 as well as free delivery on all orders to the UK.

Do you deliver to my part of the UK?

We deliver to all postal locations in the UK, with the exception of PO Boxes and BFPO addresses.

What is Standard delivery?

Orders sent using our Standard delivery service typically arrive within 3-5 working days for mainland UK addresses (Monday to Friday 8am-9pm, excluding Bank Holidays), providing the order is placed before our 4pm cut-off.

What happens if I'm out when the courier tries to deliver?

The carrier may try to leave with a neighbour, or if there is a safe and secure location at your property the parcel may be left there (this is at the courier's discretion and cannot be guaranteed). The carrier will leave you a card with the details of where the parcel was delivered, and you can also obtain this information using the tracking link from the email we send you to confirm despatch.

Should the carrier be unable to deliver the parcel, they will leave a card which will explain what to do next. Please contact them direct to arrange a redelivery at your convenience or a collection from the carrier depot (where available).

My delivery hasn't arrived within the given time slot. What shall I do?

Please track your order with the courier, using the link on the email we have sent you to confirm despatch. If you have any further queries, please contact us and we will be happy to help. If your order contains fresh meat, please contact us. Please let us know within 7 days of placing your order if it hasn't arrived and we can investigate this for you. Any longer than 7 days and we may not be able to look into with the courier.

My delivery has arrived but there was an item missing?

Please check your order in your email confirmation of the website to confirm that you purchased the item, and check your email (and spam folder) to see if we sent you an email advising you that an item was out of stock. If not, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

We take every effort to ensure parcels are packed carefully to minimise damage, but unfortunately sometimes damage can occur in transit. If this happens, you are able to refuse delivery of your parcel when the carrier delivers it to your door, and we will pay for its collection from them.

If you've already received a parcel and found that it's damaged, please contact us immediately and we will be happy to help. Please do not dispose of the item until you've spoken with us

Can I send an order to more than one delivery address?

Yes, you can, but you'll need to place separate orders and pay the delivery costs on each one.

How can I give you extra delivery details?

We're sorry, but unfortunately we cannot provide the courier with any additional information regarding delivery or amend any details.

Can I have a refund for my delivery charge, as the item didn't show up within the agreed timescales?

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee any specific date.

Can the delivery address be different to the billing address?


Can I change the shipping address?

We may be able to change the address within the first 30 minutes of placing your order, however we can't guarantee this.

What about Returns and Refunds?


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if for whatever reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
